BB Breath AI is a home observation app that turns one iPhone into a camera for breathing-related monitoring and session review, with monitoring available through local web access or another compatible signed-in device. This app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

Depending on how you use BB Breath AI, we may process:
- Account information such as your email address when you create or use an account.
- Subscription status information needed to unlock shared premium access across devices.
- Session history and summaries linked to your account, including timestamps and monitoring-related metadata.
- Notification preferences and device-related settings needed for the app to function properly.
- Technical diagnostics or logs needed to maintain app stability and troubleshoot issues.
2. How data is used
Only to provide the app’s core features
- To sign users in and keep family access linked across compatible devices.
- To sync session history between devices connected to the same account.
- To restore shared premium access after purchase.
- To send password reset emails when requested by the user.
- To support notifications and settings selected inside the app.

BB Breath AI uses Firebase services to support authentication, cloud database storage, and synchronized account features. Apple services are also used for subscription purchases and subscription restoration.
4. Data retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the service
Account-linked session history and account data may remain stored while the account is active or while required to provide the app’s synchronized functionality. Local trial data and device-level settings may remain on the device until deleted by the user or removed by uninstalling the app, subject to normal iOS behavior.
